Install on Android

Menus differ a little per brand. Below are Samsung and Google Pixel. Install at home on wifi before you fly.

Samsung Galaxy

  1. Settings, Connections, SIM manager.
  2. Tap "Add eSIM", then "Scan QR code from service provider".
  3. Scan the code from your email, or enter the activation code by hand.
  4. Name the line "ArrivalSIM" and leave it switched off for now.

Google Pixel

  1. Settings, Network and internet, SIMs.
  2. Tap "Add SIM" or "Download a SIM instead".
  3. Scan the QR code from your email.
  4. Leave the new SIM switched off until you land.

After landing

  1. Switch on the ArrivalSIM line.
  2. Set it as the SIM for mobile data.
  3. Turn on Roaming for this line (Samsung: Connections, Mobile networks, Data roaming).

Problems

  • No connection: switch flight mode on and off, then restart.
  • Still nothing: check Access Point Names. The APN is in your order email.
  • Contact us via the contact page with your order number and phone model.
