Who is responsible
ArrivalSIM (KvK 83711295) is the controller for your personal data. Our trader details are on the company details page. For anything about your data, email support@arrivalsim.com.
What we collect and why
- Order details (name, email, country, what you bought, payment status). Purpose: deliver your eSIM and handle support. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
- eSIM details (ICCID, install and usage status). Purpose: delivery, top-ups and refunds. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
- Accounting records. Purpose: tax law. Legal basis: legal obligation.
- Support emails and chat messages. Purpose: help you. Legal basis: contract and our legitimate interest in good service.
- Newsletter, only if you opt in. Legal basis: consent. You can unsubscribe in every email.
We do not see or store your card details. Payments are handled by our payment providers.
Who receives your data
We do not sell your data. We share personal data only with service providers we need to deliver your order and run our service, under agreements that protect your data. They receive only what they need for that. Some of them process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case we use appropriate safeguards, such as the EU standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Order details, eSIM details and accounting records: 7 years, because tax law requires it.
- Support emails: 2 years after the last contact.
- Customer accounts: deleted after 3 years without use.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Email support@arrivalsim.com. We reply within one month. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the authority in your own country.
